The Zen of Zero Mail
I had the pleasure of pizza with JD last week. We chatted about performance and how I am getting swamped and less effective the more and more I take on at MSFT (we met before I took two redeyes in a row for instance). He showed me his zero inbox and I was literally about to mail him asking how to do it when I get a pleasant email with a link to his blog post complete with slides. Highly recommended!
