		<description>Indeed. Wine metrics matters. From wine making perspective is all about initial conditions. If you got a brix 18 from juice you can get a good wine.  Weather matters? Of course. Soils matters? Of course! best pinot is made off gravel soil! Where you get the best wine? Off coast of the sea, where breezes cool off grapes in the summer. It is about micro climate! That's the same off the cost of the adriatic sea, or the pacific coast of California and south eastern austraila you've got consistently good wine.  Ciao Marco
